The Bermuda International Film Festival kicks off this evening with the powerful film, Ginger & Rosa, which Sue got to take a look at during the Toronto International Film Festival.

I’m very excited to be able to cover this festival, and am looking forward to stepping inside the Liberty Theater. I haven’t been in there since 1989, the last film I saw in there I was on a date with my girlfriend Tracy and we saw Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade.

That’s a pretty high bar for me!

I’m looking forward to spending some time on the beach, catching up with old friends, and seeing a lot of fantastic films.

Ginger & Rosa is the inaugural film of this year’s festival, screening at 7pm, festival tickets and individual screening tickets are still available.
