Blank was written by Kelly Souders and Brian Peterson. It first debuted on 27 April, 2005.
Clark (Tom Welling) loses his memory after trying to stop Kevin Grady (Jonathan Bennett) from robbing the Talon. Apparently, Kevin has the ability to wipe his incidents from the minds of those he steals from, and Clark gets a full blast of it.
And Chloe (Allison Mack) steps up to help Clark remember his powers, and that he must keep them a secret. Together the pair (re) discover the extent of his abilities, and the depth of his feelings for Lana Lang (Kristin Kreuk).
Lana is having her own problems. She reveals to Jason (Jensen Ackles) that she may not be college bound, and perhaps their relationship is at an end. It’s not Clark, but their past. Of course, this doesn’t sit well with Jason, who’s motivations seem increasingly dubious, and his intense moments with Lana are troubling.
Lex (Micheal Rosenbaum) is working tot take advantage of Clark to learn all he knows about the caves, the map and the three Kyrptonian stons. It seems that no one’s relationships, or friendships are completely safe.
The Kents are away, but Lois (Erica Durance) is back, and there are fun and emotional moments all around.
Can Clark find a way to help Kevin with his issues, and restore his memory, and continue to keep his secret? Let’s find out! Kevin’s father may be able to help on both of those things, if he wasn’t using his scientific skills for his own agenda.
With everything that’s going on this is a great Clark/Chloe episode, and Welling turns in an really good performance. It’s a different kind of Clark, and Clark comes to life in a new way. And maybe, once again, Clark and Lana have a shot…

Ageless debuted on 4 May, 2005. It was written by Steven S. DeKnight.
Clark and Lana find an abandoned baby, but th child grows at an alarmingly fast rate. Can they find a way to save hom before he ages completely and passes away?
I’m not sure about this one. It kind of gives the characters a chance to see what they would be like as parents, at an accelerated rate of course.
They have to turn to Lex for help, but he may not be able to help, but he sure wants to study what is going on. Perhaps to slow down the aging process, they posit that a transfusion of bone marrow from his biological father may help save him. Clark goes on the hunt. But what if that goes super-badly?
Meanwhile Lionel (John Glover) meets up with Genevieve (Jane Seymour) as they snipe and banter with on another about the recovered China stone, moving the season arc along.
After everything we’ve seen happening this season, the good and the bad, this is probably the weakest episode of the season, and I didn’t love it. Next time, however, we are on to the lastt two episodes of the season, so I imagine things will be getting pretty heightened pretty fast.
