Teal’c (Christopher Judge) makes an appearance in Midway. Written by Carl Binder, this episode first debuted on 15 February, 2008.
An IOA representative, Coolidge (Rob LaBelle) is conducting interviews back at Stargate Command. The IOA wants to make sure that anyone involved in the Stargate program, on Earth or in the Pegasus Galaxy can be relied on. They are specifically going after the non-terrans. Teyla (Rachel Luttrell) is freshly back, and is less than thrilled by her interviewer. Carter (Amanda Tapping) is worried about how things are going to go with Ronon (Jason Momoa) so she summons Teal’c to coach Ronon on what to expect and do.
The sparring sequence between Teal’c and Ronon is awesome, but way too short. But it also lays the foundation, I’m sure, for a fun and fast friendship between them.
Things aren’t slowing down in the Pegasus Galaxy even with the IOA causing problems. The Wraith are up to something. And it looks like it will all go down, while Teal’c and Ronon are in their twenty-four hour quarantine at Midway. And it looks like Dr. Lee (Bill Dow) is running it. And oh, look, there’s Kavanagh the tool (Ben Cotton).
The something they are up to? An assault on Midway station – looks like it’s gonna be a buddy cop kind of episode. Can Ronon and Teal’c stop the Wraith’s plan, which looks like a beachhead attempt on the SGC?
While Ronon and Teal’c take care of the SGC, Sheppard (Joe Flanigan) and McKay (David Hewlett) work to save Midway Station – but are unable to save it in the end, changing the game a little.
Happily, the Daedalus will be picking up the puddle-jumper with Sheppard, McKay, Lee and sadly Kavanagh on their way back to Atlantis.

The Kindred: Part 1 begins the penultimate story of season four. Written by Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie, it first aired on 22 February, 2008.
There is lots going on in this first of two parts. There is a plague sweeping the Pegasus Galaxy. Keller (Jewel Staite) believes it will kill hundreds of thousands, and may be based on a disease that came from the Hoff, who were working on a way to stop the Wraith.
Teyla is having dreams of her baby’s father. But are they dreams or actual messages? She goes off in search of answers and isn’t ready for what she finds. She gets picked up by a Wraith dart, and finds herself being captured by Michael (Connor Trinneer), he’s the one who has released the virus. He’s working on it to prevent the Wraith from feeding. And there’s more… he has a plan for Teyla’s child, and the child’s father… now a partial Wraith!
And when Sheppard and McKay go after a fact finding mission for Keller, what or who will they find? It’s Todd the Wraith (Christopher Heyerdahl). Will they be able to deal with Todd and find a way to rescue Teyla?
Things are escalating quickly, and when Caldwell (Mitch Pileggi) beams Sheppard’s team down for the rescue… TRAP! A Wraith cruiser attacks the Daedalus and Sheppard is convinced Teyla is on the attacking craft, which runs after the initial assault.
And the episode ends with a reveal… locked away in the basement of the planet Sheppard has gone to is… Beckett (Paul McGillion)?!
Next week, we finish off Season 4 of Stargate: Atlantis!!
