Over the weekend, Sue and I had a chance to catch up with our friend, the photographer, and awesome mom, Rebecca Sandulak. We were eager to hear about her new project christened Mostly Perogies, she’s working with local organic goods, whether from local farmers or her own garden, and she is playing and tweaking this much beloved potato product!
