It seemed kind of fitting today to post the trailer for Blue Thunder starring Roy Scheider and Malcolm McDowell. I remember seeing the movie shortly after it came out, and then, along comes Airwolf as a television series… Not to be outdone, and since they already had a helicopter, a short-lived Blue Thunder series was launched as well. Dueling helicopters, on dueling networks… didn’t last long, and Airwolf was the champion.
