As this is posted, we are boarding a flight to Bermuda for my High School Reunion, so I thought it would be fun to post this trailer. When we moved to Bermuda, and got our first VCR, one of the first movies my parents rented was The Deep, I guess they wanted to see how much of the island they could spot in the film (though it also shot in Australia and the British Virgin Islands).

Based on the novel by Peter Benchlry, the film features Nick Nolte, Jacqueline Bisset, Robert Shaw, and Louis Gossett Jr.
