Animal Webcams

If you’re like Sue and I, then you tend to be a sucker for watching animals. Our membership for the Toronto Zoo has already paid for itself, and will joyfully be renewed when it comes around.

A new show is starting on Discovery on March 18 called Frozen Planet. In connection with it, they’ve put a webcam in the San Diego Sea World, specifically The Penguin Encounter. The webcam will be running 24 hours a day, between now and the end of April.

The cam is right at penguin height, and there always seems to be something going on there, so take a look at it here.

Sue was quick to point out a couple of more that she likes to check in on, like these bear cams. There are also a lot of webcams to keep an eye on birds here!

If you need a quick break at work or something, checking in on these fellas is the way to go. Especially the penguins.

I still think they need to get a web cam for the polar bear cub at the Toronto Zoo. That would be awesome!
