What makes The Mind Reels different?

Well, for one, we’re not always going to be reviewing all the newest and latest, though there will be some. We thought it might be a good idea to intersperse the new with the old, and revisit films, talk about the classics, movies that we grew up with, ones we’ve just discovered, cult favorites, ones that are recommended to us.

And not just movies but television shows old and new, from here and across the pond!

Books! Ones we loved growing up, ones we’re reading now.

We hope to have interviews and pictures to share, as well as a podcast to arrive soon.

But what credentials do we bring to the table? Over two decades in a video store, means we know our films and television (not to mention watching them all our lives before and after!), and when you’ve been reading all your life, books and comics are second nature as well!
