The delightful, and iconic Canadian show, Kim’s Convenience returns tomorrow night for the premiere of its third season, and Sue and I were delighted to have some time to chat with Jean Yoon, Andrew Phung, Simu Liu and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee.

The chat starts after I finish telling a story about my girlfriend’s son (he doesn’t like to be talked about). He’s too cool to admit that he likes watching Kim’s Convenience, but when he was walking home from school one day, he passed Paul going in the opposite direction, and had to call his mom immediately to tell her that Paul had smiled at him… not that he knows or likes the show… oh no, cause that wouldn’t be cool.
